About Us
Creadent Clinic & Lab
Creadent Clinic & Lab is a dental clinic and dental laboratory in Tirana. A family-run practice, driven by passion, desire and dedication, that grew from the laboratory into the clinic.
It began with Mrs Liljana, a laboratory technician, who in 1993 opened a dental laboratory serving some fifty other clinics. In 1998 the family’s eldest son joined the laboratory and the work team. In 2006 Dr. Klodian Bila founded the Creadent dental clinic, next to the laboratory.
Today the clinic and the laboratory work under one roof, with laboratory technicians, assistants and dentists. Creadent handles every step of a patient’s treatment — diagnosis, therapy, making the prosthetic work, fitting it and the follow-up — and it sees patients from Albania as well as the Italian, German, Swedish, Kosovar and US markets.
How we work
Patients who need surgery, implantology included, have the 3D CT scan taken in the clinic first: once it is done the diagnosis can be exact. For general dental care — decay, root canals, restorations — we start from the 2D panoramic X-ray. For aesthetic work we add the digital oral scan and the impression, so the plan is decided together with the patient.
Day-to-day care is handled by a team of dentists covering general dentistry, orthodontics, hygiene and chairside assistance.

The laboratory and the people who run it
Having the laboratory in the clinic matters for how quickly prosthetic work is made, but also for the fittings: patients see their own crowns and arches in the chair, without leaving the building. The technicians decide the aesthetic and functional result, and the laboratory and the surgery talk to each other directly — the technician can check the work in the patient’s mouth whenever there is a doubt.
In the laboratory, partial and full arches are designed on the computer, 5-axis milling machines cut the teeth in zirconia or alloy, the furnaces fire them for hardness and strength, and the finishing and polishing are done by hand.
